Booking­information

Here you will find all important information for your stay at our Sport-Garni Kapplerhof***.

As soon as you get a reservation confirmation, the booking is valid. For this it is necessary to make an advance payment. Advance payments can only be made by bank transfer to the account mentioned below. We retain € 30.00 as a processing fee for cancellations and refunds of the deposit after booking. We ask for your understanding that we cannot promise you a specific room number or floor for the room you have booked.

We will send you the bank account information after you have booked.
Free of charge for our hotel – for European payments please use BIC and IBAN! Any transfer fees will be charged to the guest!
All prices are exclusive local tax. The following services are included in the price (for room bookings or according to the offer):

  • stay at the booked category
  • Breakfast buffet (07:30 – 09:30 am)
  • 1 parking space per room

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer in advance.

Arrival: Check-in from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm
Departure: Check-put until 10:00 am
If you arrive after 9:00 pm, please inform us by phone.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply, as well as the booking conditions of the Hotel Kapplerhof.
 
The following cancellation terms should be noticed:

 
  • Until 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total arrangement price.
  • Until one week before arrival, we charge 80% of the total arrangement price.
  • In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total arrangement price.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, the price for the entire booked arrangement will be charged.
  • In case of a changed number of people arriving (fewer than booked), the booked arrangement will be charged in full.
We recommend getting travel insurance such as the European Travel Insurance.
  • For dogs we charge €10 per day.
  • In all public places such as the reception, the lift and the staircase dogs must be kept on a leash.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
  • Dog beds are not available in the hotel. They must be brought from home.
  • There will be no refund for services not used (breakfast etc).
  • On request we will be happy to inform you about possible discounts for children.
  • Out of consideration for our other guests, pets are not allowed.
  • Free Highspeed-WIFI
  • The use of the wellness area is offered in winter only.
